The rental house is located in town on the corner of Healy street. It has a nice big yard as well as a secure storage shed for tenant use. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom. It is unfurnished with the exception of all the appliances--washer and dryer, and kitchen appliances. The house is heated by an oil fired boiler system. We are asking $1150/month and a security deposit, plus heat and electric. High speed internet and summer yard maintenance is included in this price. We do not allow pets and would like to avoid tenants who smoke.
